Co-owner

Property owner in a building with coownership.

Co-ownership or joint ownership

Legal status concerning a building owned by several persons. The building is divided into communal ownership and private ownership. A co-ownership regulate sets communal daily life. The law for this legal regime is dating from 10th July 1965.

Commission

Remuneration for estate agent in return of his services. The compensation or fee for services that a licensee receives for performing the agreed-upon terms under a brokerage contract which in the practice of real estate this is usually a percentage of the selling price of a property, a percentage of rentals, a flat fee, etc.
