Bare-owning
Legal term defining a part of property right. It confers on its holder, the real estate property but neither its use nor its benefits (rents). The bare-owner can neither sell nor give his right without the agreement from the usufruct person. The complementary rights of bare-owning are usufruct rights.
Building property
Property concerning land, building, premises, share in co-ownership, share in a property company. In France, the owner benefits from all property concerning land, subsoil, overhead space, necessary for building regulations, peculiar to each.
