A
Acquisition cost
The price and all fees required to obtain a property. In general, it is at purchaser’s expense. In order to obtain all the information on acquisition cost it is desirable to consult an expert.
Agreement
Deed for which a person ("mandant") gives to another one (representative) the proxy to carry out in his name and for his account, one or many legal deeds such as a sale, a purchase, a rent … Estate agents or estate managers are legally obliged to hold an agreement to offer a property for sale or for rent or to manage it.
Annual general meeting of co-owners
All the co-owners take part in this meeting. Questions on the agenda are put forward, and passed decisions are recorded in the minutes. The co-owners assemble for a general meeting on a yearly basis at least.
